Eric Herman

Last weekend we got to see Eric Herman put on a little show. Ethan likes this guy's songs, so he was excited to see him, and to be able to help out with one of the songs. Colby was not so happy to have to wake up from his nap just to see some guy sing. He just sat in my lap the whole time!

Little Lions

Ethan has been in two preschools for the past few months. One of them was called Little Lions and was run by the high school. The high school students spend the first half of the year learning about teaching children, and then spend the second half of the year helping with the preschool. It's a pretty good little program. Anyway, they just finished last week and they had a really cute little graduation ceremony for them. He was sad to have to be done. He has loved all the kids in his class and the teacher and his "buddies".

I love this. So funny. I know about as much Spanish as this guy.

Soccer

Ethan started soccer again a few weeks ago. I was excited to get him back into it because he seemed like he was really starting to get the hang of it last year just as the season was ending. Now, I think his 3 year old team from last year could beat the 4-5 year old team he is on now. They are not so good at focusing on the game! Oh well, Ethan still loves it. He just runs around with all the other kids the whole time, even though I don't think he ever knows where the ball is.
We have a couple more weeks before the season is over. Hopefully we can win at least one game!
By the way, Ethan was so excited to see that his team was the green team! The coach told all the players they could be in charge of picking the team name. Ethan picked the team name of Dinosaurs and convinced enough of his teammates to vote for that one. Some of the other suggested names: the Flowers, the Soccers, or the Monster Trucks. I think we are glad Dinosaurs won. It would be a little weird cheering for the Flowers!

Where has this month gone?

It has been awhile since I posted anything on here. I just don't know where this whole month went! We have been busy, so I feel like I have fallen behind in a lot of things. But I am still alive!
