Farmer Zak

We planted a garden for the first time a few months ago. I am not very good about taking care of it, but Zak sure is. He is out there everyday watering and weeding. We have been eating our tomatoes for a couple weeks, but we just harvested this baby yesterday. Check out the size of that thing! And it tasted so good. We'll probably have more veggies than we can handle soon. Way to go Zak.

My first quilt

My friend Elena has been trying to share some of her quilting talent with me. A few weeks ago I finished my first quilt.

If you look really closely, you can see I still need some practice. I loved making it though, and now I'm getting ready to start one for Sadie.

Ouch

Ethan and Colby were playing with Sadie yesterday, and they started to get a little too rough.
Me: "Be gentle or I will take her away from you guys"
Colby: "Back to your tummy?"
Yikes.
